All products puchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for the following conditions:
1) Product packaging is faulty (ie. broken bottle, broken seal) upon arrival. We will replace with a new product at no extra cost. Only those who submit their return forms with 3 days upon receiving their product will be entertained.
2) Product quality has been compromised. For example, smell of Probiotic Pet Solution or Kombucha tea has gone stale or unpleasant upon opening of bottle. We will replace with a new product at no extra cost. Only those who submit their return forms with 3 days upon receiving their product will be entertained.
3) For those who report that our products are not suitable for their pets, please contact us on whatsapp (012-3889335) and we will advise on how we can assist. We will either replace with a different product or do a refund after investigating.
4) We do NOT replace bottles with leakage as we have already stated that our products are fermented and have a possibility of a slight leakage due to the carbonation of kombucha tea. Severity of leakage is subject to our discretion so customers can contact us on whatsapp (012-3889335) for further evaluation.
